Today, I wanted to share with you some of the things I started doing to make sure I allocate some necessary time for myself that aligns with my goals and my values:
- Practicing gratitude: not just journaling but telling people how grateful I am for them
- Exercise more regularly (set a goal)
- Meditate, 2 to 5 minutes a few times a day (particularly helpful when things get challenging) but also to train my brain. In positive intelligence, we call it mental fitness (I talk about it in my coaching program)
- Get inspired/learn something new: reading (even just chapter), listening to a podcast, volunteering, helping someone/a friend in need
